Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Develop effective sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
  • Evaluate resumes and technical skills to identify top IT talent.
  • Conduct initial HR screening interviews and coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
  • Maintain a candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Stay updated on IT industry trends and evolving recruitment strategies.
  • Manage and track recruitment metrics to optimize hiring efficiency.
  • Handle offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and onboarding coordination.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 8-10 years of experience in IT recruitment within an IT company.
  • Strong knowledge of technical hiring, including software development, DevOps, cloud, and data engineering roles.
  • Proficiency in sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and GitHub.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
  • Ability to assess technical skills and experience by screening resumes and conducting interviews.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in headhunting and passive talent engagement.
  • Strong understanding of IT industry trends, market salary benchmarks, and hiring challenges.

Good to Have

  • Familiarity with global hiring trends and remote recruitment strategies.
  • Experience in Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing.
  • Certification in Technical Recruiting (e.g., LinkedIn Certified Recruiter, AIRS, SHRM-CP).
  • Hands-on experience with AI-driven recruitment tools.
